App Communications

As part of an internal communications expansion, I worked as both Graphic Designer and Copywriter, producing original content to populate an app made for the employee communications of a US based tech company. I worked closely with their comms team to highlight relevant areas of interest to then translate into reoccurring monthly articles for app and web publishing.

Engagement metrics were closely measured to follow popular trends in content or to make changes in less popular content. The challenge was developing article concepts flexible enough to respond to what content was being used for that month without having to change it too much from the templated design.
